1. Learn From Successful Investors
If you want to be successful, you have to learn from successful people, common sense? However, that is not what most Singaporeans do. They learn from their friends (who don’t invest), they learn online forums (crazy, but that’s what people do!), or worst, they learn from people who lost money in properties.
You may find it funny, but that’s what most people do, and that’s why they are not successful. I invest thousands of dollars in myself to learn from successful mentors, and these investing knowledge made me millions today.
2. Know The Right People
Successful investors don’t work alone. They have a group of ‘right-hand’ men. They includes their bankers, property agents, other investors too. These relationships are powerful because they always have first hand information on any property deals or opportunities.
I’m a busy person. However, with my trusted advisors and experts, I always get first hand news and opportunities for investments before every one else, every single time. Isn’t that good?
3. Know How To Get Good Deals
Most people thought that when they get their properties at the property launch, they have the first mover advantage and will get the best deal.
But you know what? Successful investors have already snapped up the best units at the best price Even Before the launch! In the past few years, I received special privilege from developers for me and my group of investors to select units before the public knows. Isn’t that awesome?
Now, you may think that my property investment strategy is for the rich people only. WRONG!
You have to know that I do not start with a million dollars when I invest in properties. I start with a few thousand dollars, and it is because of my investing strategy, I build up a multi-million dollar property portfolio.
